Abstract	Le nombre total d’abonnements aux services fixes, mobiles et haut débit dans la zone OCDE s’est élevé à 2 milliards en 2009, dont 63 % pour les mobiles (soit quelque 1.3 milliard d’abonnements). Le nombre d’abonnements au haut débit fixe a atteint 292 millions en juin 2010, dont 12 % pour la fibre optique, qui affiche ainsi une nette progression. La part de la fibre s’est d’ailleurs accrue de 25 % entre fin 2007 et fin 2009. D’importantes évolutions sont à mentionner au cours de la période examinée, notamment le développement rapide du très haut débit sans fil et l’élargissement de la gamme des nouveaux dispositifs d’accès, ainsi que l’émergence de nouveaux modèles économiques, dont le succès grandissant des « magasins d’applications ».
