| Abstract | Les Perspectives de l’agriculture sont le résultat de travaux conduits en collaboration par l’OCDE, à Paris, et l’Organisation des Nations Unies pour l’alimentation et l’agriculture (FAO), à Rome. L’objectif premier est d’établir chaque année les perspectives sur dix ans des principaux marchés mondiaux de produits agricoles de base, y compris une analyse des événements récents et des problèmes naissants, en mettant en commun l’expérience des deux organisations concernant les produits, l’action publique et les pays. Les projections de la production, de la consommation, des stocks, des échanges et des prix décrites et analysées dans le présent ouvrage portent sur la période 2007-2016. Elles peuvent être consultées dans l’annexe statistique et sont présentées avec plus de précisions sur le site Internet www.agr-outlook.org . Elles sont le reflet de nombreuses hypothèses précises concernant les principaux facteurs externes que sont, entre autres, la situation macroéconomique, les politiques agricoles et commerciales, et l’évolution des technologies et des préférences des consommateurs. Elles ne prennent pas en considération les aléas météorologiques et leurs effets sur les rendements des cultures et les productions animales, ni les changements qu’il est envisagé d’apporter aux politiques agricoles et commerciales (par anticipation ou autre) mais qui n’ont pas encore été inscrits dans la législation ou un accord international. Les écarts qui pourraient exister entre la réalité et les hypothèses retenues font partie des incertitudes importantes qui pèsent sur les Perspectives et dont les répercussions éventuelles sont également évaluées dans le présent rapport. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
