Abstract	DANS UNE CONJONCTURE INTERNATIONALE de plus en plus difficile, le Maroc reste confiant dans les importants programmes de réforme mis en place ces dernières années. La crise financière et économique devrait exercer ses effets sur quatre piliers de l’économie nationale : les exportations, les investissements directs étrangers (IDE), les transferts des Marocains résidents à l’étranger (MRE) et le tourisme. Les autorités misent néanmoins sur le dynamisme de la demande interne, une pluviosité augurant d’une bonne performance du secteur agricole. La solidité du secteur financier, ainsi que les programmes de développement sectoriel en cours, devraient permettre à l’économie marocaine de surmonter les effets de la crise internationale sans trop de séquelles, même si la récession annoncée dans les pays européens, principaux partenaires commerciaux du Maroc, aura vraisemblablement d’importantes répercussions. En 2008, malgré la crise, l’économie marocaine a affiché un taux de croissance de 5.7 pour cent, porté par une croissance de 13.1 pour cent de la valeur ajoutée du secteur primaire. Quant au PIB agricole, sa croissance a été de 6.1 pour cent sur la même période. On prévoit un léger fléchissement de la croissance en 2009, avec un taux de 5.4 pour cent qui devrait se maintenir l’année suivante.
