Abstract	Ce chapitre porte sur l’ensemble du cadre juridique et réglementaire qui doit accompagner en général la création de partenariats public-privé pour la fourniture des infrastructures de transport de surface, dans le but de protéger l’intérêt public et de donner aux partenaires privés un environnement commercial stable. La section 8.2 concerne la réglementation des infrastructures de transport de surface en général alors que la section 8.3 concerne les PPP en particulier.
