| Abstract | Ce chapitre examine les mouvements migratoires récents et les diasporas des pays d’Afrique subsaharienne dans la zone OCDE et dans 51 pays de destination non-OCDE. En 2012, environ 308 400 nouveaux immigrés de la région sont venus résider dans les pays de l’OCDE, représentant 6 % du total des entrées dans ces pays. En 2010/11, il y avait 5.1 million d’émigrés de la région dans les pays de l’OCDE ainsi que 4.3 million qui résidaient dans 13 pays de la région pour lesquels des données sont disponibles. Les migrants d’Afrique subsaharienne sont majoritairement des hommes et ceux qui vivent dans les pays de l’OCDE sont de plus en plus souvent des diplômés du supérieur tandis que les migrants à l’intérieur de la région ont des niveaux d’éducation plus bas. Le nombre de migrants diplômés du supérieur originaires de la région et vivant dans la zone OCDE avoisinait 1.8 million en 2010/11, soit une augmentation de 92 % par rapport à 2000/01. Par conséquent, le taux d’émigration des diplômés du supérieur s’élevait à 13 % en 2010/11, le plus élevé de toutes les régions. Les enjeux futurs concernent la situation sur le marché du travail de ces émigrés qui ont été particulièrement affectés par la crise économique dans leur pays de destination, mais également l’émergence de nouvelles tendances migratoires pour les jeunes de la région qui sont de plus en plus nombreux et ont des perspectives limitées dans leur pays de naissance.Ce chapitre comporte également une note régionale et 34 notes par pays : Afrique du Sud, Bénin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroun, Congo, République démocratique du Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Érythrée, Éthiopie, Gabon, Gambie, Ghana, Guinée, Kenya, Libéria, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Maurice, Mozambique, Namibie, Niger, Nigéria, Ouganda, Rwanda, Sénégal, Sierra Leone, Tanzanie, Tchad, Togo, Zambie et Zimbabwe. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
