Abstract	Ce chapitre décrit les réformes de la politique agricole entreprises depuis le milieu des années 90. Il en présente les principes directeurs, notamment les motivations et les changements de priorités. Il expose aussi les processus appliqués pour les mener à bien, notamment l’échelonnement des mesures et la recherche du consensus. Il analyse l’évolution du niveau et de la composition du soutien résultant de la politique agricole mise en œuvre pendant la période étudiée. Cette analyse s’appuie principalement sur l’ESP et les indicateurs connexes.
