| Abstract | L’objectif de l’édition 2013 de l’Enquête internationale sur l’enseignement et l’apprentissage (TALIS) était d’obtenir, dans chaque pays participant, un échantillon représentatif d’enseignants pour chaque niveau de la CITE choisi pour participer à l’enquête. Par ailleurs, pour tous les pays ayant choisi de participer au module relatif au lien TALIS-PISA, il fallait réunir un échantillon représentatif de professeurs enseignant à des élèves de l’âge requis dans les établissements d’enseignement sélectionnés pour le Programme international pour le suivi des acquis des élèves (PISA) en 2012. Pour TALIS 2013, on a identifié des problématiques portant sur la classe, les enseignants, les établissements et leur direction, afin que l’enquête couvre l’ensemble des enseignants de chaque niveau de la CITE concerné et les chefs d’établissement dans lesquels ces enseignants exercent. Le plan d’échantillonnage international appliqué à TALIS 2013 est un échantillonnage probabiliste stratifié en deux étapes. Cela signifie que les enseignants (unités du deuxième degré du plan d’échantillonnage ou unités secondaires d’échantillonnage) devaient être sélectionnés de façon aléatoire dans la liste des enseignants cibles dans chacun des établissements eux-mêmes sélectionnés de façon aléatoire (unités du premier degré du plan d’échantillonnage ou unités primaires d’échantillonnage). National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
