| Abstract | Les pays de la zone OCDE sont de plus en plus nombreux à reconnaître que la mauvaise santé mentale constitue un problème pour les politiques afférentes au secteur social et au marché du travail : elle génère en effet des coûts importants pour les personnes concernées, les employeurs et l’économie tout entière par ses répercussions négatives majeures sur l’emploi, le chômage et la productivité. La politique de la Suisse en la matière offre un tableau contrasté. Plusieurs secteurs – dont la santé, l’éducation et le système de protection sociale – sont dotés de ressources adéquates, ce qui leur permet en principe de mener des actions adaptées aux besoins. Toutefois, l’élaboration des politiques est un processus complexe dans ce pays, en raison du nombre particulièrement élevé d’intervenants, dont les 26 cantons, très indépendants, et un secteur privé important et influent. La coordination des politiques est donc astreignante, ainsi que l’illustre le processus de collaboration interinstitutionnelle, à la fois long et tortueux. En dépit de l’approche volontariste adoptée dans le domaine de l’assurance invalidité et du succès des récentes réformes touchant aux prestations d’invalidité, différents problèmes subsistent, comme l’atteste le nombre toujours aussi élevé de demandes de prestations de l’assurance invalidité émanant de personnes atteintes de troubles mentaux. D’autres changements s’imposent afin d’améliorer sensiblement la situation ; plus généralement, il importe que l’action publique en matière de santé, de politique sociale et d’emploi mette davantage l’accent sur la santé mentale. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
