Abstract	Ce chapitre se penche sur les flux migratoires récents et les diasporas des pays asiatiques vers la zone OCDE. Il montre qu’en 2010 près de 1.5 million de nouveaux migrants asiatiques se sont installés dans les pays de l’OCDE, soit 30 % du total des flux d’immigration. En 2005/06, il y avait 14.9 millions d’émigrés de la région Asie et Océanie, âgés de 15 ans ou plus, dans les pays de l’OCDE, dont 53 % étaient des femmes et 46 % détenaient un diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur. Le taux d’émigration total pour les personnes de plus de 15 ans atteint 0.6 % pour la région dans son ensemble. Le taux d’émigration des personnes hautement qualifiées est de 4.1 %, mais des taux élevés prévalent pour les petites nations insulaires. Les défis futurs sont liés notamment à la gestion des migrations du travail au sein de la région et aux développements récents des migrations féminines internationales.Ce chapitre contient également 19 notes par pays : Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodge, Chine (non compris Hong-Kong, Chine et Macao, Chine), Fidji, Inde, Indonésie, Laos, Malaisie, Myanmar, Népal, Pakistan, Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée, Philippines, Singapour, Sri Lanka, Thaïlande, Tonga et Viêtnam.
