Abstract Les 12 dimensions de la SDCA ont été sélectionnées en fonction de leur impact sur le climat des affaires. Chaque dimension a été analysée selon des indicateurs prédéfinis et un système de notation basé sur les meilleures pratiques. Ce chapitre ne présente que le résumé des dimensions. L’analyse complète de chacune des dimensions, avec une évaluation détaillée de la notation, est disponible en ligne sur le site Internet du Programme MENA-OCDE pour l’investissement. Les résumés émanant de l’analyse des dimensions de la SDCA permettent d’identifier les défis et d’exposer les recommandations pour y répondre dans les 12 domaines couverts : la politique et la promotion de l’investissement, la politique de privatisation et les partenariats public-privé, la politique et l’administration fiscales, la politique commerciale et la facilitation des échanges commerciaux, les politiques pour de meilleures réglementations et procédures pour les entreprises, la politique et la promotion des petites et moyennes entreprises, la lutte contre la corruption, la gouvernance d’entreprise, le droit des affaires et la résolution des litiges commerciaux, l’infrastructure, le capital humain et l’accès au financement.

It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
