Abstract	Le plan de réformes engagé par le Maroc dès les années 90 a fait appel à la libéralisation économique basée sur un désengagement progressif de l’État des activités économiques, un vaste programme de privatisation et une plus large ouverture vers l’extérieur. Le secteur privé et l’investissement international jouent un rôle essentiel dans ce processus en apportant non seulement des ressources financières mais aussi leur contribution pour améliorer la compétitivité du pays et faciliter son intégration dans l’économie mondiale. Les autorités marocaines ont déployé des efforts importants pour mettre en place un arsenal institutionnel, juridique, économique et financier, nécessaire susceptible de créer un climat favorable aux investissements. La volonté du Maroc d’adhérer à la Déclaration de l’OCDE sur l’investissement international et les entreprises multinationales fait partie des objectifs de la réforme, confirmant les engagements du pays de promouvoir un régime d’investissement ouvert et transparent et le comportement responsable des entreprises.
