Abstract	Le modèle d’équilibre général de l’OCDE ENV-Linkages est le successeur du modèle GREEN de l’OCDE pour les études environnementales, qui a été initialement développé par le Département des affaires économiques de l’OCDE (Burniaux, et al., 1992) et que la Direction de l’environnement de l’OCDE a maintenant en charge. GREEN a été utilisé au départ pour étudier les mesures d’atténuation du changement climatique ; sa version la plus élaborée est commentée dans Burniaux (2000). Le modèle GREEN a ensuite été modifié pour devenir le modèle Linkages, puis la plate-forme de modélisation JOBS/Polestar, qui a été utilisée pour établir les Perspectives de l’environnement de l’OCDE à l’horizon 2020. Une version de ce modèle est également utilisée à l’heure actuelle à la Banque mondiale pour les recherches concernant les questions économiques mondiales de développement. Le modèle a été utilisé précédemment pour établir un scénario de référence jusqu’en 2030 et pour étudier les conséquences du changement structurel (y compris sous l’angle de certains impacts environnementaux) lié à la croissance économique. Une grande partie des travaux d’application du modèle est présentée dans différents chapitres des Perspectives de l’environnement à l’horizon 2030 (2008).
