Abstract	Web Services construct advanced service-oriented architecture in recent years. With its properties such as definitive agreement, complete platform, language independence and high degree of loosely coupled, Web Services gradually lead an important direction of application integration. According to ideas of constructing spatial data sharing system, Web Services technology implementes service nodes and buildup a system in which services can be explored. Based on the description of overall framework of spatial data sharing system, the approach of spatial data sharing service node was elaborated in detail.
