| Abstract | In recent years road accidents have brought considerable death. The issue of safe road and safe car is one of the most important issues that are discussed nowadays in transportation area. One of the ways to decrease unpleasant accidents of traffic flows is to attract the attention of vehicles to maximum speed and safe distance. The controlling system discussed here is based on discrete quantities like distance, speed and acceleration. The present paper is a typical compound system which uses a special kind of fluid stochastic Petri net (FSPN). FSPN includes a suitable formula for models and analysis of these systems. It is also a safe method to prevent car collision. FSPN is used for a controller displaying that creates three sub models of movement of three directly communicated cars and the main car calculates the allowable distance using the speed of front and back cars which is determined in network. When the distance of two successive cars is lower than the specific distance, it alarms the driver of main car at the danger of collision. In addition, if the distance of front and main car is low, it will reduces the speed of main car. If the distance of main and back car is decreased, It increases the speed of main car. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
