| Abstract | Through overtraining and sugar observation of different blood glucoses and in conditions of muscle glycogen sugar transport and PKb activity changes in skeletal muscle of rats after over exercise. It purpose from the molecular level to explore the mechanism of overtraining, and provide theoretical basis in research and development for the prevention of over-training means and methods.24 Wistar male rats were divided into the quiet control group, movement control group and campaign-sugar group. Conventional breeding, the two exercise group will conduct a six-week swimming training increase by degrees the load in each training, and within 1 h after the end of the two control group were gavaged with distilled water, campaign-sugar group were gavaged glucose(3.0 / KgBW), after the last of the training 24h we drew the materials from all the rats , using the methods of spectrophotometry, RIA and molecular biology to determine blood glucose, muscle glycogen, insulin, content of GLUT4 and activity of PKb, the experimental data was statistical treat by SPSS11.5 package. Compared with the quiet control group, movement control group’s blood glucose, insulin, muscle glycogen and GLUT4 were no significant difference, but there was significant difference in the exercise group and the campaign-sugar rat skeletal muscle of the activity of the PKB Decline, P ≪0.05. Compared with training group, sports-sugar group glucose, muscle glycogen levels were significantly higher, P ≪0.05; and skeletal muscle GLUT4 and PKb activity did not significantly change. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
