| Abstract | In this paper, it has been deeply analyzed and studied the safety measurement to bus insulation resistance in the production of smelting for long-term. According to the specific system characteristics, it has brought forward the test method of introducing filter module and the equivalent resistance while program-controlled amplifiers and high-precision A/D have been combined use. It made the measurement system with self-adaptive characteristics of measuring range to improve measurement accuracy. So it completely abandons the insecurity factor caused by the traditional single-use meter measurement. By several experimental measurements, it shows that the production methods used in this paper are feasible and safe. It can effectively overcome the impact of the magnetic field in the bus system, distributed capacitance, the stress field to measurement. It has great significance and broad application prospects to make system running smoothly, maintain balanced stable production, make a good bus system in a controlled state and ensure the entire production system safe running. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
