Abstract	This paper presents the principle for variable speed constant frequency AC exited wind power system. In the coordinate commutation technology, the AC excited generator's mathematical mode has established under three-phase static coordinate system, thus was carried on the analysis to it that in the independent movement's time situation, built system's simulation module in MATLAB simulation software, and the system was carried on simulation at independent movement, simulation result indicated that the modelling is accuracy, as well as in the wind-power system used variable-speed constant-frequency technology can enhanced the wind energy usage greatly. Improved electrical power system's stability, and the rotor speed also can changed, enables it has the ability of independent idle work adjustment.
