Abstract	With the development of China's financial market and the increase of resident's disposable income, connection between financial consumers and financial institutions becomes increasingly close, which has made conflicts between them become increasingly prominent. Contrasting to powerful financial institutions, financial consumer's legitimate rights and interests are easier to be infringed. In fact, many incidents of violations to financial consumers have occurred, and the issue of protecting financial consumer's property rights has led to widespread concerns in our social community. Now many obstacles still exist, only by defining the connotation and contents of financial consumer's property rights accurately, analyzing the existing obstacles and seeking to system innovation, can we find the proper paths and countermeasures to protect financial consumer's property rights effectively.
