NDLI: Study on the Information Service System for Rural Off-Farm Employee Based on Wireless Network

Abstract	There is an urgent need for the government to provide effective off-farm employment services for rural labors. Because of weak information characteristics, the rural labors can’t get off-farm employee service information effectively and timely. The aim of this paper is establishing rural off-farm employee information service system (ROFEISS)based short message delivery. First, this paper gives the organization structure of ROFEISS, it is consisted of five parts. Second, gives the procedure of information collecting, processing, storage and delivery. Third, describes the design content of ROFEISS including function analysis, process flow design and network model. Then analyzes the existed problems of ROFEISS. Finally is the conclusion.
