Abstract	The study aims to explore skills of electronic commerce studentspsila professional knowledge of technological and vocational schools. To achieve this goal, the study uses panel discussions and mental mapping to confirm studentspsila professional knowledge. In addition, the study utilizes transformation of knowledge and ability to select representative knowledge items and to confirm the professional knowledge structure of universities of science and technology(UST) students through mental mapping. They should have a total of 8 important skills in order to construct professional ability indicators of e-commerce for service industry manpower of business management UST students.
