Abstract	Welcome to Cluj-Napoca, Romania, at the 2015 IEEE 11th International Conference on Intelligent Computer Communication and Processing. The main goal of this conference is providing an international forum and discussion on advances in the field of Intelligent Computer Communication and Processing, both in its theoretical foundation and real life applications. The organization of the sessions reflects the main topics of the conference: Intelligent Systems, Computer Vision, Distributed Computing and Networking. Special sessions and workshops are organized in cooperation with other international projects and institutions: • HiPerGRID-2015: organized in cooperation with “Politehnica” University, Bucharest, Romania • PAN-Robots: organized in the framework of FP7 EU Pan Robots project • Smart Cooperative Driving: organized in the framework of CoMoSeF Celtic Plus project and SmartCoDrive project founded by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research • Selected Topics on Video-Based Driver Assistance: workshop organized in cooperation with Robert Bosch • Spherik accelerator: workshop organized in cooperation with Spherik Accelerator, Romania
