Abstract	This text has set up a comprehensive appraisal model and method for Green Product, which is utilized with coordinated analytical method. In practice, every thing has advantages and disadvantages in themselves at the same time. The model can balance the both sides of it, and provides an optimal answer for the sequence of the projects. Meanwhile, it provides green products comprehensive index system of appraisal, providing the instance and appraise. The result shows that coordinate analytical method carry on comprehensive appraisal for green products and for making multi-goal decision, not only easy, but also it is more objective and rational to appraise the result. As a result, it expresses that the manufacturing industry of this text establishment comprehensive evaluation model and methods of the green product, in brief and easily, evaluate the more objective reasonable of result.
