Abstract	In order to enable members of an enterprise to communicate and share knowledge each other, this paper proposes a system for providing a collaboration service based on open service platform. The system exposes various functionalities for collaboration in open APIs based on Web services. Therefore, an application developer who is familiar with general Web programming can develop a new collaboration-enabled application easily without expertise on the system using the opened APIs. The system also provides very useful and practical features for collaboration within an enterprise, so a collaboration-enabled application created by composition of the opened APIs will be very useful in real-work space. Most of backend servers of the system are set up using open sources, the system can be reused by small and medium sized enterprises with low-price and small effort.
