| Abstract | In this paper, ratio of product of two k-μ random variables and Nakagami-m random variable is analyzed. Statistical characteristics of ratio of product of two k-μ random variables and Nakagami-m random variable can be applied in performance analysis of wireless relay communication system with two sections operating over k-μ multipath fading environment in the presence of cochannel interference subjected to Nakagami-m short term fading. Average level crossing rate of proposed ratio is calculated by using Laplace approximation theorem. The influence of k-μ multipath fading parameters and Nakagami-m parameter on average level crossing rate will be analysed. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
