Abstract	Nowadays informatization is as the foundation of modernization, and also it’s become more and more obvious that the importance of the information system in our daily life. The services system of information system whether could realize the highly resource sharing and the highly informatization of organization and management, is one of the target of develop information system. Therefore, this text is based on present condition of construction and application of the information system, to established the evaluation system of the information system services, using the Relational Matrix Analysis Method to carry on the evaluation and research, passed the evaluation and analysis certificated that in the information system services evaluation, the possibility and applicability of the method of RMA.
