Abstract	The data volume and the complexity of query and analysis are the main features of big data analysis. Rough set theory is led in to enhance information processing capacity, electromagnetism-like mechanism algorithm can also avoid local optimum search, big data analysis system based on three-tier structure is built to deal with noise processing deficiencies and uncertain factors on data collection in previous analysis techniques. Some challenging research problems in the future are discussed.
