| Abstract | For detecting of surface tension on a medium's border and superficial energies of cells, which participate in immune reactions, usually static methods are used. Five methods are especially widespread. The method of the direct separation of the ring from the surface liquid and method of the maximal pressure of a bubble adapt for research of surface tension on the air-liquid border. The trailing drop method and the rotating drop method are used for gauging a surface indentation on a liquid-liquid border and the method of a motionless drop (method of extremity angles measurement) adopted for detecting the free energy of the surface between liquid and solid. The last method is especially convenient for experimental measurements of interface tension immediately during immunological reactions, but it is seldom used because it is labour-consuming, and there are no sufficiently simple and exact methods for computing surface indentation of a motionless drop. The measurement of geometrical parameters (superficial energy) and the measurement of photometric properties of a drop blood sample during englobement reaction in it were taken as a basis for designing a device for cytophagous activity measurement, where the above parameters are estimated by the changing of intensity of a light passing through the drop sample during the immune reaction. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
