| Abstract | The ecological quality of urban is a key standard to evaluate a modern urban. So far many methods have been used to understand environment quality of urban. Some ground information can be obtained directly with the help of the remote sensing (RS). The ground thermal radiant is the immediate embodiment of the energy transition of the urban system then the ground situation could be seen clearly with RS inspecting the ground thermal radiant. Employing Remote Sensing data ETM $^{+}$ of Guiyang in China on Nov 1st 2000, we set up the index of thermal radiant to study the thermal condition and used interpreting method to obtain the information of land cover such as the vegetation status, the urban construction volume ratio and water percentage. After analyzing these data, the following results can be acquired:Firstly, ground thermal radiant reflects the character of the urban ground cover. In the urban ecological environment, ground thermal radiant mainly reflects the density of the building, the percentage of greenland and water in urban, which indicate the urban ecological environment. The thermal radiant indexes of water, Greenland, road and building are 1.19; 1.20,1-24 and 1.27. So the 1.24 is reasonably regarded as a critical point of the thermal radiant change and can be used as a standard to distinguish the grade of ecological quality in Guiyang. Secondly, according to the analysis of the ground thermal radiant and urban greenland spatial distribution, there are two urban green kind ecological corridor discovered in Guiyang Urban. Besides, in order to improve the urban ecological environment and reduce the ground thermal radiant, the Greenland in eight regions in GuiYang should be advised to be built up |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.

NDLI is a conglomeration of freely available or institutionally contributed or donated or publisher managed contents. Almost all these contents are hosted and accessed from respective sources. The responsibility for authenticity, relevance, completeness, accuracy, reliability and suitability of these contents rests with the respective organization and NDLI has no responsibility or liability for these. Every effort is made to keep the NDLI portal up and running smoothly unless there are some unavoidable technical issues.
Ministry of Education, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT), has sponsored and funded the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) project.
