Abstract	After the earthquake disasters, it often causes serious and pernicious influence, the influence is not only in materialterms loss, but also to the person's spirit and psychological traumatic. Due to the influence of the earthquake disasters, it will causes anxiety, panic and anxiety disorders and behavior psychological problems to the public. Social life is suddenly destroyed by the forces of nature, that causes the public crisis, then leads to the heart floating, seriously influence the public life order and the normal order of the social operation, thereby creates the situation of the production stagnation and social unrest. The government as an commander and main organizer to deal with the earthquake disasters, in the process of dealing with the problem after the earthquake disasters, not only needs to solve the problem of life and production in the area, the more important work is to handle the psychological crisis intervention work well, to help people who are hurt in the earthquake to overcome the fear in the heart. The psychological crisis intervention work after an earthquake disasters plays an important role in stabling the public mood after the earthquake disasters, and is the effective way to solve psychological crisis. This paper fully analyzed the characteristics of psychological crisis after the earthquake disasters, expounded the principles of psychological intervention that should be followed after the earthquake disasters, and a comprehensively and objectively put forward some strategies to solve the problems of psychological crisis after the earthquake disasters.
