Abstract	This paper studies two interrelated questions. First, has aging population brought about a great impact from a risk management point of view? Second, How to deal with the aging population brought to the risks of social security? Today we are in a risk society. As a response to the risk society, social security system itself is a means of social risk management, also faces its own risks. In the wave of aging population, how to effectively manage risks is closely related to China's social security system development and improvement. In this paper, drawing on the theory of enterprise risk management framework for social security, from the perspective of aging population challenges, our study aims to identify and classifies risks, and to make appropriate policy recommendations.
