Abstract	The paper focuses on application of a decision support system BPsim.MSN to simulation and design of multi-service telecommunication networks. BPsim.MSN is based on integration of simulation, expert, situational and multi-agent simulation, as well as object oriented approach. The system utilizes business processes dynamic simulation for further decision making on the basis of achieved results. Paper starts with prerequisites for development, presents research data for multi-service network requirements, focuses on deployment and explains advantages of new system.
