Abstract	Under the evolving organization, SF(Small Firms) owners/managers in Thailand is required to improve the operation and management of business usually in the forms of business intelligence. This paper proposes an organizational learning model for the SF with respect to business intelligence. SharePoint or OpenSource is utilized as a tool to capture the knowledge associated with business intelligence of SF. This research had objectives to identify the business intelligence of SF owners/managers in management and SF operation of knowledge based system that is suitable for in Thailand. The primary data were collected through in-depth interview of SF owners/managers of 6 companies in Bangkok and neighboring provinces. The results revealed that business intelligence system is link to business success of SF in Thailand. It is therefore, a challenge to encourage this type of SF to exploit a business intelligent system as a knowledge management tool to increase its competitiveness.
