Abstract	Petroleum Exploration in most communities mostly have a negative side effect on the lives of the inhabitants of the communities and its environments, side effects such as, soil and water degradation, lack of good food and agricultural production, water pollution, air pollution, water and air bourn diseases etc. To this effect community developmental projects are the most essential and should be put in place to assist and help most communities in this situation. Conscience Resources (CR) have been implementing developmental activities in petroleum exploration and their activities have been based on ASSESSMENTS, EVALUATION and RECOMMENDATION of eligible communities for assistance, support and development, to properly achieve their aim. A community development project which CR is recommending for most communities in the situation are as follows; (a) Regular Educational Training and Enlightenment and Awareness (b) Microcredit.
