| Abstract | For the problem of the high power LED heat radiator cooling slowly and having a higher temperature, it will affect the service life of the LED. Studying thermal characteristics of the different power of fin-tubular radiator temperature field distribution and heat flux vector distribution of lamps and lanterns. According to heat transfer knowledge, we make a qualitative analysis of the heat dissipation theory and control equation of natural convection with the complicated and changeable environment factors. Combined with the structure property of the radiator, we put forward an optimization design scheme of fin-tubular heat radiator with the aid of a kind of method to estimate the temperature. Taking Sunflower radiator for example, we completed the numerical analysis of the theoretical estimation by using the method of experiment and ansys simulation. And we make a quantitative analysis of the heat dissipation area and heat transfer coefficient on the temperature field distribution and the distribution of the heat flux vector, verify the reliability and accuracy of the temperature estimation method, and optimizing the design scheme of fin-tubular radiator has better heat dissipation performance. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
