Abstract	This article is devoted issues of effective management of groundwater system through the use of modern information technology. The article describes the results of the group of experts of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan state technical university made in the framework of a research project commissioned by the Ministry of industry and new technologies of Kazakhstan for Committee for geology and subsoil use. The main objective of the project is an optimization of data management processes on groundwater the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the data of specialists hydrogeological regime of party of regions the Republic of Kazakhstan.
