Abstract	In the construction work, the communication and coordination among the different people involved is the key to success. The effective communication is a huge challenge for projects on large scale unless proper system is provided. The LPS (Last Planner System) developed by the Lean construction works on these same principles of removing the time lag and thereby improve the efficiency. This paper provides a Web based solution adhering to the Last Planner principles which can be used at the construction site. The main features of the system is to provide an overall system which is very much user friendly i.e. Usability, the system should adhere to the usability standards and at the same time the system should allow the users to constantly get updates from the server. The users will be able to synchronize the data from their local machines i.e. either computers, mobiles or PDAs with the main database server. This system allows the users to change the working project plan and at the same time facilitates to get the progress of the work through the generated graphs; the causes affecting the project can also be seen from the generated graphs.
