Abstract	Textbook has important influence on the quality of vocational education, Textbook's development is particularly important. How to develop Textbook for a Professional course that can follow the pulse of the times, Suit for Teaching Reform in High-vocational College, guide students innovation, suit students for employment and carve-out, This article elaborated the teaching Textbook development goal, teaching Textbook's development principle, the development idea and the mentality, the content choice and organization of teaching Textbook, the teaching unit design method and the curriculum inspection assessment method, Have developed the quality teaching Textbook based on this idea and the mentality the Componentized Web Project Development (Asp.net C#) the teaching Textbook. In restructuring course content, construction study scene, the design teaching unit, the innovation teaching process, the reform teaching method, the reform appraisal system, aspects and so on construction three-dimensional teaching Textbook system make the good progress.
