| Abstract | Drilling technology in petroleum exploration and development has developed, which follows the development of sensor technologies, electronic measurement and computer network technology, more and more assistant methods are used in the course of drilling, and more information about drilling project and underground to be detected. They direct the driller to operate. At the same time they also allow the decision-makers at the base of oil field and technicians in first time to understand the progress of drilling with the schedule. And we can also receive the regional geological parameters to do other applications and decision-making. This article presents a drilling instrumentation system. It is able well site connect to the base of oil field as a whole by wireless network. They can collect and storage the state of drilling on-site and the geological data and transfer to the base quickly. This system could get the new detecting signal in drilling process, and incorporate in to our instrumentation system signal. Just because the high cost of oil professionals and the volatile political situation of oil-production region, it is the most urgent desire of many oil companies to reduce the number of technical staff in site. This paper discusses the system which could enable multiple drilling well field to share professionals and technical experts in the base, so we could achieve remote operation, remote control in this way. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
