Abstract	Taking the umbrella as an example, this paper firstly gives a general introduction to Product Personalized Customization Service. Then the technologic support to this service was discussed. Based on the example of umbrella, it further gave dissertations to how to build a vivid, intellectual and interactive service platform by using Virtual Interactive Technology in order to promote and recommend the products better. Through the platform built in this paper, the users are expected to choose, purchase and rate the products based on their individual esthetic values. Thus the Product Personalized Customization Service was realized finally.
