| Abstract | The study is derrived from investigating the perception of Jordanian and Arab Customers of purchasing villas , semi vallas and appartmanets on the drawings and their trust with credit sale according to standards stipulated in the selling contracts. The current study attempts to measure the extent of customers perception of buying depending on drawings and thir trust with credit sales, we survyed a purposive sample of 500 customers in different places. The study finds shows the followings: Project delivery period plays a major role in purchasing depending on drawings . Shorter delivery period encourages purchasing house depending on drawings , cash payment, long period payment or short term payment plays a major role in customers decision of purchasing depending on engineeering drawings . There is an affect of advance payment on purchasing depending on drawings and trust with credit sales.It was found that there is affect of demographic variables ( age, educational level , job and nationality ) on Jordanian and Arab customers perception of purchase depending on drawings. we recommend the followings : Due to the importance of delivery period the company is requested to consider such factor in its marketing strategy by approving shorter delivery period in order to satisfycustomers requirements in this respect, contractor competance is amust.Due to the fact the payment plays a major role in Investor's decision of purchasing depending on engineeering drawings. The company should take these condintions in its account and to carry out a through study regarding this issue for the purpose of enhancing the company decisions in determination the payment terms and conditions.Finance volume is an important fatcor in customers decision to purchase depending on drawings , therefore the compoany is requested to make an arrangement with financial institutions in Jordan or abroad to provide customers with the required financing. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT).
