Description	I'd like to continue my Personality Profiles with a colleague in Asia. Therefore, I decided to dedicate this EMC profile to Dr. Kye Yak See, the current Technical Editor of the IEEE EMC Magazine. Personally, I have known Kye Yak for several years. During this period we met regularly at various EMC events. The last time I had a longer chat with him was at the symposium banquet of EMC Europe 2011 which took place in York, United Kingdom. This fact demonstrates that Dr. See is active all over the world. In addition to his technical skills and activities, I appreciate his warm and sympathetic personality. At the end of our last conversation I gave him a notice to be prepared that I would introduce him in a future EMC Personality Profile. At that time, he had no clue how soon this would happen.
