| Description | Light-scattering intensity measurements are a sensitive method for following changes in the hydrodynamic radius of particles in solution. The approach used in this report utilizes the light-scattering intensity ratios of a polydisperse to a monodisperse system. By numerically modeling the process, and fitting the model curves to the data, estimates have been obtained for the dimerization equilibrium constant, the dimer + dimer yields tetramer equilibrium constant, and the association rate constant for the dimerization process. |
