| Abstract | Mini Abstract: Postoperative pancreatic fistulae were not dissimilar between Blumgart and Cattell-Warren anastomoses. Although POPF drive postoperative complications they do not affect the rate of adjuvant treatment administration nor affect overall patient survival. As efficacy is similar between BA and CWA, the choice of anastomosis can be left to surgical discretion. Supplemental Digital Content is available in the text. |
