| Abstract | Coronary artery fistulas (CAF) terminating in the left ventricle are rare. We present an asymptomatic 58-year-old African-American female with a unique fistula network detected during cardiac catheterization. Large coronary fistulas can have a silent presentation and may be an incidental finding not requiring intervention. |
