| Abstract | But : Décrire une nouvelle activité pédagogique basée sur l'apprentissage par la méthode des cas et adaptée à la formation des résidents en anesthésie-réanimation. Nous rapportons les premiers résultats de notre expérience. Méthode : Dix résidents en formation d'anesthésie ont participé à cette activité. Dans une première étape les résidents ont reçu individuellement un document incluant un scénario clinique, une série de questions correspondant au cas clinique, et des textes de références. Les résidents ont disposé d'une semaine de travail personnel. Dans une deuxième étape, ils se sont réunis en groupe - en présence d'un tuteur expert - pour analyser le scénario clinique et proposer des démarches diagnostiques et thérapeutiques. A la fin de la séance, un questionnaire a été remis à chaque résident et un autre aux tuteurs pour évaluer leur perception des avantages pédagogiques de cette activité. Résultats : Cinq cas ont été abordés par cette méthode. Les fiches d'évaluation ont relevé les pourcentages de réponses favorables suivants : Apprentissage actif et autonome (95 %), motivant (92 %), contextualisé (94 %) et permettant l'acquisition de connaissances pertinentes pour la pratique de l'anesthésie (90 %) ; travail individuel satisfaisant (90 %) ; travail en groupe interactif (90 %), incluant tous les participants (80 %) et centré sur l'analyse et la solution du problème clinique (90 %). Conclusion : L'apprentissage par la méthode des cas peut être appliqué à la formation des résidents en anesthésie-réanimation. Son intérêt pédagogique est favorablement perçu par les participants. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
