Abstract	This study aims to determine the application of the rights of workers, especially in the areas of wages in IMPLEMENTATION MEETING THE RIGHTS OF WORKERS IN THE EVENT OF WAGES (ANALYSIS OF LAW NO. 13 TH 2003 ARTICLE ON LABOUR 88-98) A case study in Blitar. The method used in the study is the empirical method, with specification of juridical sociological research, the data source used is the technique used to collect primary data in this study is through interviews (interview). The population in this study are all relevant parties in the framework of the implementation of Law No. 13 of 2003 on wage Compliance Employment Related Workers On Notary Office in Kota Blitar ie Notary Office Notary, Manpower officials, and some workers at the office of the notary. The sample in this study were taken by means of stratified sampling. The sample of respondents is the party that represents the Notary Office, the Notary. To provide data and information relating to the implementation of Law No. 13 of 2003 on the Employment Related Fulfillment Workers\u27 Rights On Notary Office. The data obtained are presented in a systematic and qualitative data analysis. Based on the study done empirically it can be concluded that there is still lack of clarity about the rights of workers, especially in the wage bill still does not meet the rights that should be in getting these workers. Proved that there is still a notary that reward workers under MSEs should refer to the determination of wages councils city or county, in 2016 UMK Kota Blitar = Rp1.394.000, the notary who pay their employees under the Act Ketenagakerjaan.Menurut UMK certainly violates Article 90 paragraph (1) of the Act No. 13 Year 2003 ( "Labor Law"
