| Abstract | This research aimed to explain the organizational commitment, work discipline, and employee\u27s performance at PT. PG Toelangan Sidoarjo, and to examine the influence of variables organizational commitment and work discipline simultaneously and partially on employee\u27s performance. Based on descriptive analysis result, the organizational commitment of employee was high. It can be seen from the mean variable of organizational commitment was 4,02. The degree work discipline of employee was very good. It can be seen from the mean variable of work discipline was 4,38. The performance of employee was high. It can be seen from the mean variable of employee\u27s performance was 4,00. The multiple linear regression analysis result, showed that simultaneously and partially organizational commitment and work discipline has a significant influence on employee\u27s performance. This is shown by the result obtained using partially test of significance t value of 0,001 is less than α of 0,05 (0,001<0,05). Partially result of work discipline variable has the highest beta coefficient of 0,425 and t the smallest significance of 0,000. This is shown by the result obtained using simultaneous test of significance F value of 0,000 is less than α of 0,05 (0,000<0,05) |
