Sekawan Karyatama Mandiri Sidoarjo. In this study work motivation status as intervening variable. Directly influence the value of safety, health (K3) and incentive is higher than indirect influence between occupational safety, health, and incentive on work motivation. This means that safety, health, and incentive will be able rise performance without having to go through prior work motivation |
