| Abstract | Nowaday\u27s, business competition get more tight. The reason it happened because there are many companies having a competitive performance. Adynamic businesss environment makes the company should more care abaout the strategy. Performance measurement is an important factor in the company. Only the aspect of financial performance measurement company can make less good condition , because measuring performance in non financial aspects also needed. Balanced scorecards (bsc) is one of alternatives in measuring the performance of a company that aims to know the results of financial and non financial performance. BSC has four important pespectives which were a financial perspective, customer perpective, internal business process perpective, learning and growth perspective. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of the PT. ABC in 2012 – September 2014 on financial and non financial aspects. Research methotds used in research is descriptive research with research in PT. ABC. The technique of data collection is using interview and documentation. Data analysis used in performance measurement PT. ABC is using the balanced scorecard. The overall results of this study indicate that the performance of PT. ABC in 2012 – September 2014 measured on four pespectives of the balanced scorecard still do not have good performance. |
