Abstract	Acute toxicity and phytochemical studies of ethanol leaf extract of Moringa oleifera were analysed. The phytochemical analyses of the ethanol extract of Moringa oleifera leaf showed the presence of tannins, carbohydrates, saponins, glycosides, reducing sugars, terpenoids, steroids, flavonoids and alkaloids.
